Chester Terrace

This was a very high standard refurbishment to form a large single family dwelling of 8,900 sqft from two adjoining houses.

We have completed the full design and management of all electrical services throughout the project and also took the lead role in fully co-ordinating the other services throughout.

​

The systems we have installed include the design and installation of lighting, lighting control, small power, distribution, phone/data, CCTV, intruder alarms, door entry, fire alarm and audio visual infrastructure.

​

The property has a new 200A TP&N service which we were responsible for and has been interconnected to a CT chamber, main switch and a newly installed panel board.

​

This panel board supplies a number of distribution boards, lighting control racks, lift, mechanical panels and plant and a hot tub.

​

The installation  includes a fully addressable fire alarm system and intruder alarm system which were linked with the emergency services as necessary.

​

Other systems installed on this project include lighting control system, CCTV system and a door entry system.

We were also involved in the complete installation of the audio visual infrastructure, which has been terminated into the racks located in the garage areas
